Informational purpose
The Site presents information about the LPS product and services. Content is provided for general information only and may change without notice. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, and product features, availability, and timelines (including items marked "coming soon") may change.
No professional advice
The Site does not provide legal, medical, clinical, regulatory, or other professional advice. You are responsible for determining whether any solution is suitable and compliant for your use, and for obtaining appropriate professional guidance.
"As is"
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content through the contact form.
- Do not use automated means to overload or scrape the Site.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the LPS name, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without prior written permission. Third-party names and trademarks referenced on the Site (for example, models or datasets cited on the research page) belong to their respective owners; such references do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the competent courts of Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a different mandatory law applies to you.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent via the contact form or to info@lps.solutions.
Recording laws and your responsibility
Laws about recording conversations differ by country and state. In some jurisdictions (for example, Israel) it is legal to record a conversation you are a party to; others require the consent of all participants.
LPS products and services are tools. They are provided on the assumption that you know and follow the laws that apply to you, and we ask every customer to act according to applicable law.
It is your sole responsibility to verify what is legal in the place where you record. By using LPS you confirm that your use complies with applicable law and regulation, and you release LPS Solutions from any liability arising from unlawful recording.
